Meet Shane

Shane Tressler serves as Regional Sales Manager at Northwest Bank, bringing more than 25 years of experience across mortgage lending, insurance, and small business operations. He leads the Mortgage Loan Officer team with a focus on strengthening client relationships, supporting market growth, and elevating the customer experience across the region.

Shane’s background includes leadership roles in both retail lending and insurance, where he developed a strong track record in team development, process improvement, and client-centered service. Prior to joining Northwest Bank, he served as a Branch Manager with Carrington Mortgage Services, where he played a key role in driving performance and profitability. Earlier in his career, he owned and operated a State Farm agency, building a successful portfolio over ten years. He also held lending and service roles at JPMorgan Chase, consistently delivering strong results and customer satisfaction.

Shane is known for combining data-driven insights with a relationship-first approach. He has extensive experience using CRM and operational tools to deepen client engagement, improve efficiency, and support team performance through changing market conditions.

He lives in Ohio with his wife and their two children. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with family.
