Meet Carrie

With over 20 years of experience in mortgage banking, Carrie brings a wealth of expertise in all types of mortgage lending. As Regional Residential Sales Manager, she leads a dedicated team of mortgage loan officers across Central and Western Pennsylvania. She has deep knowledge of mortgage products and an unwavering commitment to exceptional personalized customer service.

As a graduate of Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, Carrie launched her career in banking as a Customer Service Representative. Inspired by her own homebuying journey, she transitioned into the mortgage field, taking on roles at Jersey Shore State Bank as a mortgage processor, junior underwriter, and loan assistant. After a decade in mortgage operations, she stepped into the role of Mortgage Lender, earning consistent recognition as a top producer with the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency.

Carrie’s leadership journey continued as she was appointed Western Region Sales Manager, and she joined Northwest Bank through a merger in 2025. Her strategic vision and client-first approach have played a key role in driving growth and excellence within the organization.

Outside of the office, Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters traveling to baton twirling competitions across the country.
